Our Process.

(1) Discovery

We ask questions. We do the research. We want to know your business goals and the goals of your target audience. We want to find out everything about your market, your competition and your existing brand initiatives where applicable.

Result:
High-level goals that are the basis to bring objectivity to all design choices and decisions.

(2) Design

Before we make stylistic choices, we construct the user experience for our target audience. We break the design problem into it’s component parts. We use proven techniques, to predict how users will interact with the product and ensure that all possibilities are planned for and intended. We are able to correct mistakes and assumptions before they creep into the more expensive production phase.

Result:
A deep understanding of how, why and where the user will use the product. Helps make better decisions early on, thereby saving resources by reducing the iterative process of building the product.

(3) Execution

Now that we have a clear understanding of who we are designing for and the experience that will satisfy their needs, we are able to undertake developing the project and take it to completion. We work closely with clients to ensure that they are kept in the loop, and can provide us with all the material required so we can we build the project within the defined time.

A product that works according to the user experience specifications and strategic objectives of the business.

(4) Quality Assurance

We run the product through various scenarios and platforms to ensure that our code, content and related media such as images and video, works acceptably across target platforms. And when you receive the finished work, the project will be up to the standards that were set in the discovery phase.
