WJS Group

From lurkers to fans. From 'liking' to 'favorites'. Mashups to tags. Our workshop covers the basics of social media as a strategy, and then delves into some of the tactics to leverage the power of new ways to connect with people, be it staff or clients. We helped WJS group's management get introduced to social media and it's powers and limitations.

We conducted an in-person workshop for the Senior management in Vancouver, and tele-conferenced with the staff in other parts of Canada. The workshop is both instructional and discussion based, with the one rule "there are no stupid questions". Social media is relatively new, and our goal was to leave WJS Group with the knowledge to be able to make decisions on how to use the media as appropiate to their organizational needs.

We received high-praise for the workshop and are now working with the human resources department of the company to present the workshop to a larger group of staff and community partners.
