Donat Group / PSS

Donat group is a design agency in Vancouver. Donat hired us to help deliver a complete usability review a group of some of the most important websites for the BC Ministry. These websites offer a range of products and supply services to the Government of British Columbia ministries, Crown corporations, and non-governmental organizations and the general public. We researched the businesses, defined the target audience and created user profiles. We conducted heuristic evaluations on each of the 6 websites and provided Donat with the materal to submit to their client. For a few samples from the document please see below
